1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using InboxBridge (inboxbridge.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. InboxBridge is operated by Flow State Labs. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

InboxBridge is a multi-account email connectivity service. It connects your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) and provides unified access through AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). InboxBridge acts as a secure bridge between your email providers and your AI tools — it fetches email content on demand and does not store it.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected email credentials.
  • You must not share your account or MCP connection credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us at support@inboxbridge.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InboxBridge to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages.
  • Access email accounts you are not authorized to use.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without written permission.
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Free plan — includes up to 2 connected email accounts at no charge.
  • Paid plans — billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle unless you cancel.
  • Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Price changes — we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increases. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
  • Failed payments — if a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan after a grace period.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep InboxBridge available and reliable, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. The service is currently in active development. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

We are not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by your email providers, internet connectivity, or third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The InboxBridge service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Flow State Labs. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.

Your email content remains yours. We claim no ownership over any data accessed through your connected email accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow State Labs and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of InboxBridge. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

InboxBridge is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

  • By you — you can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. This will permanently remove all your data.
  • By us — we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance when possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of InboxBridge after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
